A warm welcome to our restaurant!
We serve a carefully prepared two-course menu rooted in Nordic cuisine and inspired by the surrounding mountains.
Our focus is on ingredients from Jämtland and northern Sweden, where the flavors follow the changing seasons. The menu is shaped by what nature offers at the time, and each ingredient is chosen with care. The meat we serve comes primarily from wild game and pasture-raised animals, ensuring both exceptional taste and a sustainable footprint.

During autumn, the restaurant is open in connection with groups and conferences at the hotel. Please feel free to get in touch - in most cases it’s possible to book dinner then as well.

From 12 January to 31 March 2026, we have a large group staying with us who have booked the entire hotel. We offer a simple main course each day during this period, and kindly ask that you book a table in advance.

Come and enjoy a really good breakfast when you are in Åre.
We have a large selection of organic ingredients, good home-baked bread, marmalades and good spreads as well as porridge, scrambled eggs and bacon. We also serve waffles every morning :)

Saturday & Sunday: 07:30 - 10:00
If you wish to have breakfast earlier than our opening hours, you are most welcome to contact us before 12 noon the day before arrival.
