All our rooms are unique and all of them have a fantastic view of Södra Årefjällen and / or our nice garden.
All our rooms, nooks and crannies have good wireless WiFi. TV is available in all rooms as well as current information about current events, info about food & drink and things we think you should see and experience when you stay here with us in Åre / Undersåker.
Standard double room
The room is made when you arrive and all our rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Most of these rooms also offer a fantastic view of the southern Åre mountains.
There is also TV & free Wi-Fi in all our rooms.
During the autumn of 2020, these rooms have undergone a refurbishment. It's worth knowing, however, that the bathrooms in these rooms are next in line to be renovated.

Worth knowing is that the bathrooms in these rooms are next in line to be renovated.

Pet friendly room with separate entrance
Our pet friendly rooms are located at the front of the hotel. These rooms have their own entrance, so it's very easy to get in and out after a nice walk in the area. When you stay in one of our pet friendly rooms, we always offer a good breakfast when you wake up.

There is also TV & free Wi-Fi in all our rooms.
Worth knowing is that these rooms have parking right outside the door. and are next in line to be renovated.

What's included
When you stay with us, you wake up to a generous mountain breakfast buffet with beautiful views over our garden and the southern Åre mountains, with Välliste at the center.
All rooms are prepared with crisp, freshly pressed linens and feature a private bathroom with a shower.
Most rooms offer stunning views of the southern Åre mountains and/or our lovely garden.
Towels are provided, along with organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner from Maria Åkerberg.
All rooms are equipped with high-speed WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Hairdryers are available to borrow from the reception.
During your stay, you also have complimentary access to our indoor sauna, outdoor sauna, and gym.
Good to know
We have chosen not to include day cleaning as standard due to environmental reasons.
If you want a day cleaning in your room, you can of course ask for this at the reception during your stay.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policies vary depending on the season and booking period.
You will find the applicable terms for your stay when selecting your dates and room during the booking process.
Take out cancellation protection
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before arrival without a medical certificate if you sign up for cancellation protection.
You are offered to sign this protection in connection with your booking when you book with us at Hotel Åre Fjällsätra. Price for cancellation protection is 10% of the total booking value.
Cancellation protection only applies when it is signed and paid for at the same time as your booking. With cancellation protection, you can cancel by email to info@arefjallsatra.com up to 48 hours before arrival.
You will be refunded the full amount except the cost of the cancellation protection and the booking fee.
