Sauna, gym & cold baths

Just above the hotel, in a forest grove with wonderful views of Välliste and Södra Årefjällen, is our cone-shaped outdoor sauna situated. It's warm from 4 pm to 9 pm daily, during high season.

Rent the sauna (even if you are not staying at the hotel)

For SEK 1 000 / hour, you can enjoy our wonderful outdoor or indoor sauna and our cold baths. The price is valid for up to 6 people and then SEK 150 per person is added in addition.

Towel can be rented on site for SEK 30 / pc

Indoors we have a classic sauna, like it should at a hotel in the mountains. The sauna is directly connected to the gym with four showers and a relax room directly connected.

For those not staying at the hotel, the sauna is available for SEK 100 per person for 60 minutes, from 16:00 to 21:30 every day.

The gym is open 24/7.

It is a functional fitness gym with free weights, a pull-up bar, barbell, punching bag, Roman rings, Pilates ball, medicine ball, exercise bike and treadmill.

 

Gym Membership for Locals

For SEK 250 per month, you can train as much as you like, even if you are not staying at the hotel.
