Served with a sweet-and-tangy honey sauce, parsley-tossed potatoes from Stocke Farm, and oven-roasted broccoli. The dish is complemented with pickled red cabbage and fresh chives
White chocolate mousse, served with mountain cloudberries and topped with grated browned white chocolate

Swedish sirloin steak
Served with a caper and roasted garlic cream, caramelized brussel sprouts and sage-roasted potatoes from Stocke Gård. Finished with pickled purple carrot and fresh thyme

Our homemade chanterelle pie
Filled with golden chanterelles handpicked in the forests of Åredalen – carrying the taste of late summer and nature’s own pantry. Served with a crisp salad from our garden and a refreshing blueberry vinaigrette

The menu is adapted to the season and is based on carefully selected ingredients. The meat we serve comes primarily from wild and naturally grazing animals, with consideration for both taste and sustainability.
