In our restaurant, we serve a carefully prepared daily two-course set menu inspired by Nordic cuisine, with a special focus on ingredients and flavours from Jämtland and northern Sweden.
The menu follows the seasons and is built around carefully selected ingredients.
The meat we serve comes primarily from game and pasture-raised animals, while the fish is sourced from mountain lakes or the Atlantic waters just outside Trondheim - all chosen with care for both flavour and sustainability.

Atlantic Tusk loin
Served with a creamy lemon and potato mash and browned butter, alongside a tangy cauliflower salad topped with capers, pickled carrots and roasted seeds
Fjällsätra’s cardamom crème brûlée
Thursday 23 April
Swedish Sirloin Steak
Served with a sweet-and-tangy honey sauce, parsley-tossed potatoes from Stocke Farm, and oven-roasted broccoli. The dish is complemented with pickled red cabbage and fresh chives
Key lime pie, served with lightly whipped cream and finely grated lime zest

Filled with golden chanterelles handpicked in the forests of Åredalen – carrying the taste of late summer and nature’s own pantry. Served with a crisp salad and a refreshing blueberry vinaigrette
