Our homemade chanterelle pie
Filled with golden chanterelles handpicked in the forests of Åredalen – carrying the taste of late summer and nature’s own pantry. Served with a crisp salad from our garden and a refreshing blueberry vinaigrette

Homemade beetroot gnocchi (vegan)
with smoked tofu, served with a smooth cashew and white bean sauce, and a salad from our garden and a delicious blueberry vinaigrette

We serve a well-prepared two-course menu with a clear foundation in Nordic cuisine – with a particular focus on ingredients and flavors from Jämtland and Norrland.

The menu is adapted to the season and is based on carefully selected ingredients. The meat we serve comes primarily from wild and naturally grazing animals, with consideration for both taste and sustainability.
