The practical stuff

There are always things you wonder about when you go to a new place and we have started to learn what these things are, so we have tried to answer some of your questions in advance :)

  • First, when can we check-in and when do we have to check-out?
    Check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00.


  • Is it possible to check in late?
    No problem! If we are not there when you arrive, we have prepared a welcome letter with your key and a welcoming letter with good to know's at the reception desk. 


  • Where do I park my car?
    You parking is for free and we have a big car park in front of the hotel.
    If we are not at the reception when you arrive, just go into the restaurant or call us on +46 (0) 647-305 05 :)


  • Can I charge my electric car?
    300 meters from the hotel there are four electric car chargers from MER. These are situated at the Undersåker's train station and are very often available. It takes a maximum of three minutes to walk to/from the hotel if you park there.


  • Is there a sauna at the hotel?
    Of course :) There is both an indoor sauna and an outdoor sauna with a cold tub next to it. These are warm between 16:00 - 21:00


  • When is breakfast served?
    Breakfast is served at 07:00 - 09:30 in the dining room during the winter season and 07:30 - 10:00 during the summer season.


  • Can we have dinner at your place?
    Absolutely! Read more about our menu and our opening hour for the restaurant here.


  • Is there a bar?
    Guys, there's a bar! It is open every day between 15:00 and 22:00. Here we also serve simpler snacks.


  • Can one drink what you brought yourself?
    Unfortunately not. We have full rights to serve beer, wine and spirits and we are very keen on this permission.


  • Can we bring our dog?
    Yes! Pets are warmly welcome with us! However, we have special pet-friendly rooms, so indicate this when you book, if you do not book one of ours Pet-friendly rooms directly here on the website.


  • Can you pick us / our luggage up at the train station?
    Absolutely, give us a call or email well in advance and we will of course arrange it!
