That practical stuff

There are always things to think about when you go to a new place and we have started to learn what you are wondering about. Therefore,  so we have tried to answer some of your questions already in advance :)
 

  • When can we check-in and when do we have to check-out?
    Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00.

     

  • Can we check in late?
    Of course! If we are not present when you arrive, we have prepared a welcome letter with information and your key at the reception desk.

    Due to Corona, we are unfortunately not able to have the reception desk staffed as we usually have. We hope that you will be tolerant of this for some time to come and give us a call if you need to get in contact with us. We are just a phone call away! (Wille: +46 (0) 730 44 61 71)

     

  • Where do I park my car? You park free of charge on the large car park in front of the hotel. Then go to the main entrance for check-in.
     

  • There is an indoor sauna to use. Now during Corona times, you turn on the sauna yourself. It takes about 20 minutes for it to get warm after turning the unit outside the sauna. Here we mix boys & girls, young and old, so please bring your swimwear. The sauna is included in the price. Our plan was, during the spring of 2020, to renovate and build a new sauna in our garden with a view straight out towards Välliste and Södra Årefjällen, but unfortunately this project will have to wait a little longer.
     

  • When is the breakfast served?
    In July and August, breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 in the breakfast room. If you want breakfast earlier, or and alternatively breakfast, we are happy to make a good and generous breakfast package for you, which you can easily pick up in the fridge in the dining room. There are also muesli, seeds, nuts, fresh fruit and coffee / tea / hot chocolate available. Let us know before lunch the day before in that case.

     

  • Can we have dinner at the hotel?
    Right now, in these times, our evening restaurant is closed. But we have prepared in our dining room so that you can bring  food from take away, heat and eat on site.

     

  • Where else do we eat dinner nearby?
    Here in Underåker there is a Pizzeria, Pizzeria Milano, which is open until 21 in the evenings. There is also a grocery store (ICA) that is open from 09:00 - 19:00 every day. Otherwise it is only a 10 minutes drive to Åre which has a fantastic range of restaurants.

     

  • Is there a bar?
    Oh yes, there is a bar!

     

  • Can we drink our own alcohol?
    Unfortunately not. We have full rights to serve beer, wine and spirits and we are very careful about this condition.

     

  • Can we bring our dog?
    Of course! Pets are warmly welcome to us at no extra cost, however, we have special pet rooms, so state this when you book if you do not book a Pet room directly.

     

  • Can you pick us up at the train station?
    Absolutely, give us a call well in advance and we will of course arrange it!
