
Good to know
There are always lots of little things you might wonder about before visiting a new place. Over time we’ve learned what our guests often ask - so here are some answers in advance:
When can we arrive and when do we need to leave?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out no later than 11:00.
Can we check in late?
Of course! If we are not at the front desk when you arrive, we will have prepared a welcome letter with your name and key placed on the reception desk. You’ll also receive an email with instructions closer to your arrival.
Where do I park my car?
You can park for free in the large parking area in front of the hotel. From there, head to the main entrance for check-in. If we are not in the reception, you will almost always find us in the restaurant - otherwise, just give us a call at +46 (0)647-305 05.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes! Just 300 meters from the hotel, at Undersåker station, there are four chargers provided by MER. They are often available, and it only takes a few minutes to walk between the hotel and the charging station.
Do you have a sauna?
Absolutely! We have both an indoor sauna and an outdoor sauna with a cold plunge tub. They are heated daily between 16:00 - 21:30. During the low season we heat them up on request.

Can we have dinner at the hotel?

Do you have a bar?
Yes, we do! Our bar is open every day from 15:00 until around 22:00. We also serve light snacks.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Unfortunately not. We hold a full license for beer, wine, and spirits, and we are of course careful to follow that.
Can we bring our dog?
Absolutely - dogs are warmly welcome here! To ensure all guests are comfortable, we have special pet-friendly rooms, which are clearly marked in each room category. A pet cleaning fee of SEK 250 per stay applies.
Can you pick us up or help with luggage from the train station?
Of course - just give us a call in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it.
