Welcome to celebrate the sports holiday with the family with us in Södra Årefjällen! Only 10 minutes to the three fantastic ski areas Åre, Trillevallen and Edsåsdalen.
During the sports holidays, we serve extra good food, light the fires for extra coziness and open up the playroom for both small and large children as well as our saunas both inside and outside with cold tubs for extra relaxation for the whole family.

To get here and spend the sports holiday in Åre
The train station in Undersåker is only 300 meters from the hotel and there are night trains every day both to and from & past Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro and Västerås, among others.

If you come by car, we have a large car park outside the hotel, and of course you park for free.
​
If you come by plane, we are located exactly 1 hour from Östersund airport, and 2 hours from Trondheim.

Booking and cancelation policy
50% of the cost is due when booking the occasion. The remaining 50% is paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For accommodation/arrangements canceled 31 days or more before arrival, Åre Fjällsätra receives SEK 0.
For accommodation/arrangements from 30 - 0 days before arrival, Åre Fjällsätra receives 100% of the booking's value.
For accommodation that needs to be canceled after the last cancellation date, we refer to the private travel insurance.

Cancellation protection
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival without a medical certificate if you have taken out cancellation protection. This protection is offered to you in connection with your booking when you book with us at Åre Fjällsätra. Price for cancellation protection is SEK 600.
The cancellation protection only applies when it is signed and paid for at the same time as your booking. is made With our cancellation protection, you shall cancel by email to info@arefjallsatra.com.
You will be refunded the full amount except for the cost of cancellation protection.
