That practical stuff

There are always things to think about when you go to a new place and we have started to learn what you are wondering about. Therefore, we have tried to answer some of your questions already in advance :)

  • When can we check-in and when do we have to check-out? Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00.

  • Where do I park my car? You park your car free of charge in the large parking lot in front of the hotel. Then you go to the main entrance for check-in. If we are not at the reception, just give us a call at +46 730 44 61 71.

  • There is an indoor sauna which is normally running from 16 - 19. Here we mix girls and boys, young and old, so bring swimwear, the sauna is included in the price. In the spring of 2020, we will also renovate and build a new sauna in our garden with a view straight out towards Välliste and Södra Årefjällen.

  • When is breakfast served? Weekdays 07:30 - 09:30. Weekends 08:00 - 10:00

  • Do you have to go earlier than that? No problem! When booking, let us know and we will arrange a good breakfast package for you. Sometimes, during the low season, when the hotel has few guests, we still make good breakfast packages and prep a lovely press jug with coffee for you. You will receive this information at check-in in that case.

  • Can you have dinner with you? Mostly. It's the same here, if we have good bookings at the hotel, we will of course keep our evening restaurant open. Give us a call or send us an email to find out what it's like during your stay.

  • Where else do you eat dinner nearby? Here in Underåsker there is a Pizzeria which is open until 21 or 22 in the evenings. Otherwise it is only 10 minutes to Åre which has a fantastic range of restaurants.

  • Is there a bar? Jajjamän, there is a bar!

  • Can you drink what you have brought with you? Unfortunately not. We have full rights to beer, wine and spirits and we are very careful about this condition.

  • Can you bring a dog? Of course, animals are warmly welcome with us at no extra cost, however, we have special animal rooms so specify it when you book.

  • Can you pick us up or our luggage on the train? Absolutely, give us a signal well in advance and we will of course arrange it!
